You are eligible to submit a return or exchange request within 14 days of receiving your order. Any request made after this period may not be accepted. All returned items must be kept in original, unused, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories fully included.
Once your returned item arrives at our facility, it will undergo a quality inspection. After the return is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 2–3 business days. Please note that additional processing time may be required depending on your bank or payment provider.
For a smooth return process, customers are required to contact our support team before sending any items back. Our team will provide the correct return instructions and address. Returns sent without prior confirmation may experience delays in processing or may not be accepted.
We strongly recommend using secure packaging when returning items to ensure they are not damaged during transit. Retrohaveneu is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during return shipping.
