Order Cancellation Policy

After this 2-hour window, the order may already enter processing, packaging, or warehouse allocation, and cancellation may no longer be guaranteed.
Cancellation Conditions

- The order has not entered processing or shipping preparation
- The request is submitted within the allowed cancellation window
- All order details are correctly provided for verification
Once the order is marked as “processing” or “fulfilled,” it cannot be cancelled.
How to Request Cancellation

- Reason for cancellation (optional)

Refund Processing Time
If a cancellation or refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 2–3 business days.
The actual time for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-refundable cases may include completed shipments or misuse of return policy.

- Refunds are always issued to the original payment method
