We currently provide delivery services exclusively within the United States. Orders placed with shipping addresses outside the U.S. cannot be processed or fulfilled. We are continuously expanding our logistics capabilities to serve more regions in the future.

All orders require a short preparation period before shipment. Once payment is confirmed, our fulfillment center typically processes, inspects, and packages orders within 1–3 business days.

Shipping Fees and Free Shipping Eligibility
We offer a clear and simple shipping structure:

Orders totaling $109.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping

Orders totaling $108.99 or less will incur a $9.70 flat shipping fee
All shipping charges will be automatically calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email containing your tracking number will be automatically sent. You can use this number to monitor your shipment through the carrier’s official tracking system in real time.
If tracking information is not received within the expected timeframe, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.
Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. We are not liable for delays, losses, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has entered the fulfillment stage, modifications may no longer be possible.
